Q: How to become PrintBucket member? How to become PrintBucket member? A: Becoming a PrintBucket member is absolutely free. Simply go to home page, click on“Register” button. After clicking you will be asked to enter your name, your valid email address and your password. Select the check box & click on submit and you are done. As soon as you complete this process we will send you the confirmation mail. Q: Signing in to your account? How to sign in to my PrintBucket account? A: On home page click on “Sign in” button. You will be asked to enter your email & password. This is the same email & password which you entered while making a new account at PrintBucket. Q: Forgot your password? How to recover your forgotten PrintBucket login password ? A: If you forgot your password, then click on “forgot password” link on the sign in page. PrintBucket will mail a new password to your email address which you have entered while making a new account. Q: Edit your account information? How do I update or edit my account information? A: It is very easy to manage your account at PrintBucket. After signing in to your account, click on the “My Account” tab on the top. You can change your password & shipping address here. Q: Credits and Offers What are credits in my account and how can I avail them? A: Your account page lists the credits you have in your account. You can apply these credits to future orders until you use them up, or until they expire, whichever is earlier. See below for details on our free prints offer. Free prints You will get 10 free 4x6 prints with your first upload of digital photos. After signing up for as a new PrintBucket member, you will receive a credit for 10 free prints. When you place a print order, we will automatically apply any credits you have to the order. You can use all of your free prints at one time or across several orders. Q: Know your order status? How do I track my orders placed on PrintBucket? A: When you place an order on PrintBucket, your order is added to the order status tab of your account. You can view the details of your PrintBucket orders including the status of each order, detailed invoice, and a detailed history of your past PrintBucket orders. Q: How much storage space do I get? How much storage space do I get? A: You get unlimited* storage space for storing your pictures at PrintBucket. Q: Address Book? What is address book in my account? A: Your Account has a Address Book associated with it, which contains the complete postal addresses of the people, you might have send photos to. Click the link to view and edit these postal addresses and other information. Q: What is PrintBucket gallery? What is PrintBucket gallery? A: Gallery is an ultimate tool to organise all your digital pictures. Gallery uses the concept of albums to manage your pictures. Q: Why do I need albums? Why do I need albums? A: Album is personal collection of your digital photos, which is stored at PrintBucket. You can create as many albums as you want as per your need. For example, you can put all your photos of your son’s birthday in one album & can name the album as “Son’s birthday”. Same like this all your pictures of summer trip can be put in other album by the name of “Summer trip”. So next time if you want to see or order your son’s birthday pictures, you can directly jump to album by the name of “Son’s birthday”. By using albums all your digital pictures can be organised in a very tidy manner. It is that easy. Q: Creating Albums? How do I create a new album? A: When you sign in to your PrintBucket account, you are taken to your gallery page. Simply put the name of your new album in the box at the top center and click on “create”. A new page will open & you will be asked to upload new pictures to this album. Q: Understanding album buttons? What are the various blue coloured buttons with each album? A: ![]() ORDER PRINTS Clicking on this button will order all the pictures in this album for prints. VIEW PICTURES IN ALBUM Clicking on this button will open the album & you can view all the pictures in this album. You can select one or multiple photos for print order. Pictures can be deleted or added to the album. UPLOAD PICTURES This button will take you to the photo upload page. By default you will get bulk image uploader on your screen. You can change this option to single image upload any time. SLIDESHOW You can watch your entire album in a slideshow. You can sit back and relax while print bucket’s slideshow will display all your selected album’s pictures one by one. DELETE ALBUM By clicking on this button your album will be permanently deleted from your print bucket account. Q: Deleting an album How do I delete an entire album? A: By clicking on the button of each album will delete your that particular album. Please note that this action can not be reversed and your album will be permanently deleted from your PrintBucket account.
Q: Deleting Pictures? How do I delete single or multiple pictures in an album? A: Select the album from which you want to delete the pictures. You will see the entire collection of that album. Select the pictures you want to delete by clicking on the check boxes below each picture. Click on delete pictures. Please note that this action can not be reversed and your album will be permanently deleted from your PrintBucket account. Q: Ordering album for prints? How can I order a complete album for prints? A: It is very convenient to order an entire album for prints. Simply click on the left button of the album, which you want to order for prints. Don’t worry about the sizes of the pictures. That option will be presented on the next page after ordering the album. Q: Order selected pictures for prints? How can I order a single or multiple pictures in an album? A: Click on the view album button, from which you want to order prints. Select the pictures by clicking on the check box below each picture. After selecting the pictures for prints, click on the order prints button on the top. Q: Nothing is happening after selecting pictures or albums for ordering? It may take from few seconds to few minutes depending on the number of pictures for order. Q: Uploading pictures How do I upload my Pictures to my PrintBucket Account? A: Print Bucket is using state of the art technology for uploading the pictures to your Print Bucket Gallery account. Click on upload pictures button at the top & follow the instructions on screen to upload pictures. Q: What are the various methods currently available for uploading? What are the various methods currently available for uploading? A: You can upload your pictures by using java based bulk image uploader or single image uploader. Bulk image uploader is the preferred choice. Q: What is photo quality meter? What is photo quality meter? Q: How long will it take to upload my pictures? How long will it take to upload my pictures? A: Time taken for uploading pictures depends upon total size of the pictures, your internet bandwidth etc. We recommend uploading of pictures in batch of 24. This is not hard and fast rule. You can upload as many pictures as you want. Q: What different formats of pictures are supported by PrintBucket? What different formats of pictures are supported by PrintBucket? A: Pictures with extension jpeg, jpg, bmp are supported for uploading. Q: What happens to the file size of picture while uploading? What happens to the file size of picture while uploading? A: We don’t scale down your pictures at all. They are stored in full resolution as you uploaded them. Q: How do I order and buy prints? How do I order and buy prints? A: Sign in to your PrintBucket account (new users make a new account). Go to your gallery, select or create the album & upload pictures to that album by using java based bulk image uploader or single image uploader. Select the pictures for ordering and click on the “order prints” tab. Go to your cart & select the quantity and sizes for each picture.
